  • Your booking must be paid in full 30 days before your arrival, a deposit of 30% being paid when you make your reservation (check, bank transfer, Paypal).
  • Upon arrival a deposit of 450 € will be asked however not cashed in and returned at the latest 30 days after the end of your stay.
  • Parents are responsible at all times for the safety of their young children and particularly around the pool.
  • The property is strictly non-smoking.
  • Pets are not allowed.


Terms of cancellation:

  • If you cancel up to 5 weeks before the beginning of the reservation your deposit will be refunded after deduction of processing fees equal to 5% of the reservation.
  • If you cancel between the 3rd and 5th week before the beginning of the holiday the deposit will be kept.
  • Ff you cancel within 3 weeks of the beginning of your reservation the full amount will be due.
Note: weeks are counted from date to date.

  • Cancellation: up to 7 days before date of arrival. Any late cancellation will result in the cthe deposit being cashed in.

  • No extra charge for children under 3 years old sleeping with their parents.
  • 15€ supplement per night for children from 4 to 12 years old sleeping with their parents. .
  • 25€ extra per night from 13 to 16 years old.
