Property details

The Coët Diquel Manor's cottage is located at the top of a hill, surrounded by a beautiful forest. It was completely renovated in 2007 and comprises 6 bedrooms including 2 master bedrooms. It can welcome two families.

Spacious 220m2 cottage on two levels. Kitchen, dining/living room on the ground level with deck and garden. Rooms and bathrooms on the first floor.

First Floor:

2 en-suite master bedrooms: king size bed, private bathroom & toilets, leisure seats, TV
1 room with Queen size bed
3 rooms with twin beds
Shared bathroom and toilets for the 4 rooms

Ground floor:

Large dining/living room with bay windows overlooking the Manor's courtyard on the West side and the cottage private garden area on the East. A big table with twin benches will host your family or friendly dinners. Comfortable sitting area with couches and seats around the wood stove. Flat screen TV,Hifi stereo,DVD player,Books & games,Wood stove

Fully equipped kitchen: Large dining table, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Dryer, Refrigerator / freezer, Microwave, Deep fryer, Multi-function robot, Steamer, Coffee / tea machine, Toaster, Fondue service, Raclette service.

For the duration of your stay you will benefit from a private terrace with lounge furniture and a large garden. Barbecue and table tennis right off the terrace.

You will also have access to the Manor's heated pool - shared with the owners. A space by the pool is available for your outdoor lunch parties.

Two minutes away from the cottage through a scenic path between the trees you will access the tennis court to host your friendly competitions. A basket ball ring is also fitted on the court.

While adults indulge in tennis children will enjoy outdoor games available next to the court: swings, ropes, and a wooden castle. The Coët Diquel Manor's longhouse offers you the finest level of comfort while enjoying the quietness of rural Brittany.

Terms and Conditions

Terms & conditions:

Your booking must be paid in full 30 days before your arrival, a deposit of 30% being paid when you make your reservation (check, bank transfer, Paypal).
Upon arrival a deposit of 450 € will be asked however not cashed in and returned at the latest 30 days after the end of your stay.
Parents are responsible at all times for the safety of their young children and particularly around the pool.
The property is strictly non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed.

Terms of cancellation:

If you cancel up to 5 weeks before the beginning of the reservation your deposit will be refunded after deduction of processing fees equal to 5% of the reservation.
If you cancel between the 3^rd and 5^th week before the beginning of the holiday the deposit will be kept.
Ff you cancel within 3 weeks of the beginning of your reservation the full amount will be due.

Note: weeks are counted from date to date.
