Terms of booking:

A 30% deposit is required upon booking.
Cancellation: up to 7 days before date of arrival. Any late cancellation will result in the cthe deposit being cashed in.
Breakfast included.
No extra charge for children under 3 years old sleeping with their parents.
15€ supplement per night for children from 4 to 12 years old sleeping with their parents. .
25€ extra per night from 13 to 16 years old.
Parents are responsible at all times for the safety of their young children and particularly around the pool.
The property is strictly non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed.
