Terms and Conditions

Terms & conditions:

Your booking must be paid in full 30 days before your arrival, a deposit of 30% being paid when you make your reservation (check, bank transfer, Paypal).
Upon arrival a deposit of 450 € will be asked however not cashed in and returned at the latest 30 days after the end of your stay.
The apartments are rented by the week from March 1^st until November 11^th. More options available before June 1^st and after September 9^th. Please contact us for more information.
The apartments must be freed no later than 10am on the day of departure - after inventory.
Linen is provided (sheets, towels) and replaced once a week. End of stay cleaning organized.
Parents are responsible at all times for the safety of their young children and particularly around the pool and stream.
The property is strictly non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed.

Terms of cancellation:

If you cancel up to 5 weeks before the beginning of the reservation your deposit will be refunded after deduction of processing fees equal to 5% of the reservation.
If you cancel between the 3^rd and 5^th week before the beginning of the holiday the deposit will be kept.
Ff you cancel within 3 weeks of the beginning of your reservation the full amount will be due.

Note: weeks are counted from date to date.
