Terms and Conditions

• Your payment should be settled 30 days prior to arrival. 30% deposit request at booking time.

• Upon check-in we will ask for a 300€ security deposit.

• Rented on a weekly basis from May to September. However other packages are available between November to June.

• Check-out time 10am at the latest.

• Bed linens can be provided and is changed once a week. Cleaning is done by the cottage staff however your are responsible for keeping the place clean and in order. Abuse will be charged.

• Parents are responsible for the security and safety of their children and must mind them at all time for the duration of their stay especially at the swimming pool which is not guarded.

• It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the premises. Cigarettes stubs shall be collected and disposed of appropriately.

• Unfortunately we do not accept pets.
